  • When you purchase your lab test and consultation package, you’ll receive a link to pay for the test separately through the Nutripath portal if in NZ. This cost is $246 NZD. The amount you pay to Protocol & Co. is for the report review consultation and report delivery.

  • Once payment is received by us for the report review consultation, we can order the lab test which you then receive the link for payment.

  • Results are typically available in 2-3 weeks, and you’ll be notified once they’re ready. You can then book your consultation by selecting Report Review via the Book Now button.

  • Please note: Consultation is required prior to test results to be released. If you request no consultation, consultation fee is still applicable.
